Role: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Working Pattern: Hybrid – a combination of remote working and occasional support from the family home.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a successful property developer and business owner

This is a varied position combining business and personal support in a fast-paced yet informal environment.

Working closely with the Principal on a one-to-one basis, you'll become a trusted right hand, helping to keep both professional and personal commitments running seamlessly.

The Client has a young Family and this role would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and is happy switching between business administration and family support as priorities change.

This is a great role opportunity to work closely with an entrepreneurial Principal in a varied and rewarding role with scope to grow alongside an expanding business, and within a friendly and supportive working environment.

Duties

  • Diary and calendar management.
  • Inbox management and correspondence.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Personal administration and lifestyle management.
  • Booking travel, restaurants and accommodation.
  • Coordinating contractors and suppliers.
  • Assisting with property-related administration across a growing business.
  • Managing household projects and logistics.
  • Liaising with the Principal's wife and supporting the smooth running of the family home where required.
  • Running errands and overseeing ad hoc projects.
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and problem solver.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable managing both business and personal responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Calm under pressure with strong multitasking ability.
  • Positive, flexible and discreet.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
