You will be working in the Client’s studio in West London, alongside a small close-knit teamHours of work will predominantly be Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm (although a degree of flexibility and some out of hours availability is sometimes required).You will be responsible for ensuring the Principal’s busy diary is managed efficiently by coordinating with the production team. The Principal and his wife travel frequently so experience booking worldwide travel and managing complex itineraries is essential. You will also work with the wider team on specific projects, PR and press-related tasks and events, but will also equally be happy to muck-in within the running of the office.You will also undertake some personal duties for the Principal – from assisting with household management and staff management, to errand-running.You will be very flexible, confident and have emotional intelligence. The role will suit a very ‘can do’, proactive candidate.Interviewing now for an ASAP start.
