We are seeking an experienced Private and Business EA to support a private HNW family based in West London. This is a broad, hands-on role combining high-level private support with household management alongside professional/business diary and inbox management, suited to someone highly organised, discreet and confident operating autonomously.

You will also be responsible for managing a busy and changeable, business ‘Tetris’ diary and inbox. This will include responding to complex email threads involving multiple stakeholders with tact and judgement, maintaining momentum without unnecessary delays, and managing schedules carefully to balance competing priorities.

On the private side, your responsibilities will include household administration and errands, coordinating services and suppliers, handling personal and family-related matters, and supporting day-to-day logistics such as property coordination, deliveries, storage moves and general home organisation.

There will be travel coordination both domestic and internationally. You will also support event planning, reservations and lifestyle administration, with strong knowledge of London’s cultural, dining and members’ club landscape.

This position would suit someone with proven experience working both within a private household and an office structure, who can combine strong inbox and diary management with practical, hands-on household support.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have a valid passport
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Have 7+ years experience working within a private household and as an Executive Assistant
  • Be highly discreet and professional
