A warm and welcoming family based in Bayswater, London (W2), is seeking a caring, experienced, and reliable full-time nanny to provide dedicated care for their 11-month-old daughter. This is a long-term opportunity within a respectful and supportive household, ideal for a professional nanny who is nurturing, organised, and confident supporting early childhood development in a calm and loving environment.
The role may be offered on either a live-in or live-out basis depending on the candidate’s preference:
- A live-out nanny will work Monday to Friday on a full-time schedule.
- For candidates choosing a live-in arrangement, the family requires six working days per week if the nanny remains resident full time.
- A five-day Monday to Friday schedule can be accommodated for a nanny who prefers to live in during the working week and leave over weekends.
A private en-suite bedroom is provided for live-in candidates, with meals included.
The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the child’s daily care and wellbeing, ensuring consistent routines and a stimulating yet peaceful environment that supports healthy development. Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining feeding, nap, and bedtime routines.
- Preparing bottles and nutritious baby meals.
- Encouraging developmental milestones through age-appropriate play and activities.
- Overseeing bathing, dressing, and all aspects of the child’s hygiene.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the nursery and all child-related areas, including baby laundry and wardrobe management.
Light household assistance and simple meal preparation may occasionally be required; however, childcare remains the primary focus as the family employs a full-time housekeeper and cook.
The family is seeking a nanny with proven experience caring for infants under one year of age and strong confidence managing sleep routines. The ideal candidate will be patient, calm, affectionate, and dependable, with a genuine passion for supporting early years development. Applicants must be non-smokers and comfortable in a live-in arrangement where the bedroom functions as the child’s playroom during daytime hours. A Paediatric First Aid qualification is preferred, and excellent, checkable references are essential.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional nanny seeking a stable, long-term role with a kind and appreciative family in central London. Tagalog or Thai speaking is an advantage. Interviewing now.
If you would like to apply for the role please send a full, up to date CV. Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
