In-House Legal Counsel | Private Family Office, Mayfair, London | £85,000–£150,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join a private family office with a substantial portfolio and offices in Mayfair, Switzerland and Greece.
Based in Mayfair, you will provide legal support to the family and family office, advising on matters across their portfolio and coordinating with external advisers across jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Support transactions and matters relating to the family’s portfolio.
- Advise on corporate governance, compliance and legal risk.
- Manage relationships with external lawyers and specialist advisers.
- Provide clear, practical advice on sensitive and confidential matters.
Ideal candidate
A qualified lawyer with strong commercial judgement, discretion and experience supporting private clients, a family office or a substantial investment portfolio. International experience and the ability to manage a varied workload independently would be highly valued.
Salary: £85,000–£150,000, depending on experience.
