For a busy entrepreneur (with a medical background) with a varied professional and personal life, we are looking for an experienced, highly organised and polished Executive Assistant / Private PA to bring order and structure to his demanding schedule.
The role combines high-level EA duties with private lifestyle management. You will manage the Principal’s inbox and diary with precision, providing daily summaries and ensuring they are always fully prepared and will act as a point of contact for staff and clients, assisting with business operations and research, and keep workflows moving smoothly.
Alongside this, you will handle personal admin, restaurant and travel arrangements, holiday planning, household errands, and in-person tasks as needed. You will also support ongoing home renovations and event planning by liaising with contractors, coordinating logistics and ensuring the home and personal environment remain organised.
Proximity to Hampstead is preferred for ease with household support!
This role is best suited to someone who is proactive, discreet and exceptionally organised, who can bring clarity and calm to a fast-paced, multifaceted life.
