As the Operational Conference & Events Manager, you will oversee the smooth delivery of all conferences, banquets, meetings, and special events. This hands-on leadership role requires a meticulous organiser with a talent for team management, client service, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of our events team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Ensure event spaces are pristine, functional, and set to specification.
- Manage AV, lighting, and technical setups in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Recruit, train, and schedule events staff to match operational demands.
- Liaise with clients and coordinate with internal departments to meet and exceed expectations.
