Key Responsibilities:- Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, group, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and leisure markets.
- Conduct sales calls, host client meetings, and lead site tours to showcase the venue's offerings.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions using CRM tools.
- Assist in organising promotional events, trade shows, and client familiarisation trips.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and branding.
- Support VIP accounts and nurture long-term business relationships.
- A degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in hospitality sales, ideally within a hotel or events environment.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Familiarity with MS Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera).
- Knowledge of local and international travel/corporate market trends is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
