We are seeking Level 3 Qualified Play Workers (and Club Managers too, if you are confident and experienced enough to manage a team) for our After School Clubs in Weybridge (and also Staines), from 3.30pm-6.30pm, Monday-Friday. Ideally, you will also be able to work some hours during our Holiday Clubs. Our Clubs are for children aged 4-11 years old.
Play Worker Responsibilities:- Ensuring all children are happy and safe
- Engage with the children, play and get involved in the activities, maintaining close supervision at all times
- Report any concerns to management
- Communicate and greet parents/caregivers of the children and also other staff
- If possible, work some hours in our holiday clubs (we can offer up to full-time hours for holiday clubs)
- Level 3 in Childcare or above is essential
- Can work Monday-Friday term time, from 3.30pm-6.30pm
- Good knowledge of safeguarding
- Genuinely enjoy working with children and can build rapport with them
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
