Nursery Manager in Oxford

A large and busy setting in Abingdon requires an experienced Nursery Manager , the role will have a focus on developing and mentoring staff practice , supporting staff and developing them and also focus on any areas of improvement in the setting. We would consider a strong Deputy Manager who has experience covering for a Manager.

Salary to £55,000 + bonuses

Nursery Manager Requirements:

• Level 3 or above in childcare
• Recent experience working as a Manager in a Nursery or strong Deputy Manager
• Strong knowledge on EYFS, Safeguarding and Ofsted inspections
• Happy to be room based mainly observing staff, coaching and training them in areas you feel necessary.
