As an Account Executive with Popmenu, you’ll be part of a growing sales team whose mission is to revolutionise the way restaurants do business. You will work collaboratively with your regional team to develop strategies and messaging that drive awareness and sustain a strong client pipeline.
As an owner of relationships, you play a critical role in strengthening our client portfolio in both new and established markets—accelerating growth for both Popmenu and the restaurant industry. As an Account Executive, you will be an individual contributor responsible for winning new business and driving revenue growth across a defined UK territory. This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting, building relationships, and managing a full sales cycle through to close. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership and Client Success to ensure restaurants see immediate value from Popmenu.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a territory of restaurant and hospitality prospects across North or West London.
- Generate new business through a mix of outbound prospecting and handling inbound leads.
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery, tailored demos, proposals, and closing deals.
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships with decision-makers (owners, operators, GMs).
- Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
- Partner with Client Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience post-sale.
- Represent Popmenu at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in quota-carrying B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close business independently.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
