Poplars Farm Cafe on the outskirts of Bristol is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the cafe, restaurant, kitchen and events. You will motivate a team of 30–40 staff and work closely with the Head Chef and Events Manager to deliver outstanding service.
The role requires hands-on leadership, shift flexibility including evenings and weekends, and a track record in driving revenue, efficiency and a positive culture in a busy venue.
