Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Base $39,301, but will start Step 2 ($42,451) for initial three contracts; can bring up to 15 years of experience
  • Benefits: $1500 signing bonus; HDHP health insurance with a $6100 HRA; teacher cost is $75/month; affordable district housing; Title I loan forgiveness qualified; local REA scholarships for relocating to the service area; excellent students who are willing to learn
