We roll up our sleeves, integrate with client teams, and get stuck in solving complex challenges—particularly around CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems and wider digital transformation in the public and private sectors. We’re now looking for an experienced CAFM Solutions Consultant who wants freedom, autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of a growing business. What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll take the lead on client-facing CAFM projects.
- Leading strategy and system reviews to help clients select and implement the right CAFM tools.
- Acting as the bridge between technical configuration and business needs.
- Carrying out data cleanses, system configurations, and reporting builds that drive real results.
- Mapping out and redesigning processes to help clients scale efficiently.
- Training users, supporting adoption, and improving data quality.
- Supporting project delivery with plans, stakeholder updates, and risk/issue management.
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience delivering and configuring CAFM systems (e.g. Planon, QFM, Micad etc.).
- A sharp analytical mind with experience working with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Comfortable with process mapping, workflow documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A natural problem solver with a solution-first mindset.
- A proactive approach and genuine pride in the work you deliver.
