An opportunity has arisen within our Development and Regeneration directorate for a Sustainability Assistant.
The Sustainability Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Energy & Sustainability Team, helping to deliver compliance, value for money and better outcomes for residents in order to achieve Poplar HARCA’s net zero ambitions.
The postholder's responsibilities:
- Update systems, databases and trackers accurately
- Develop and maintain the organisation’s Sustainability Project Map
- Respond to emails and administrative service requests from contractors and internal teams
- Recommend changes and improvements based on results of research and analysis
- Gather, audit, validate and analyse information to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
- Analyse data from across the Directorate
- Help to manage projects from inception to completion
