MS-Group Ltd is a limited company with a collection of brand identity and stonemasonry trading divisions, operating from a manufacturing facility in Cardiff with retail trading outlets throughout South Wales, Herefordshire and the West Country.

These trading divisions include Mossfords – Wales’ oldest memorial masons, established in 1821, Morgans Consult – brand implementation specialists, a vehicle graphics division PopIn Graphics, a contract stonemasonry division, Stone Studio, and Dipec Plastics, alongside a growing number of digital-first brands across the group.

  • Own and manage digital marketing – SEO, PPC, content and website performance – across all MS-Group trading brands, treating each as a distinct business with its own strategy and goals
  • Plan and manage a flexible weekly schedule across the group’s brands, prioritising time according to business need rather than a fixed rota
  • Prioritise brands with the greatest growth potential while keeping established, organically strong brands well with efficient, lighter-touch attention
  • Support the launch of new businesses or the pivoting of existing ones online, applying strong knowledge of site architecture to get new sites live and performing effectively
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing, with particular attention to AI and how it is changing search and content discovery

    SEO

    • Manage the end-to-end SEO strategy – on-site and off-site, technical and content – across all group websites
    • Write and oversee SEO content, including articles and landing pages, and advise on site architecture for new and existing sites
    • Closely monitor all company domain names, search rankings and technical SEO health, and carry out ongoing SEO maintenance and technical planning
    • Devise strategies to drive relevant traffic to company websites and track conversion rates, making improvements to the website as a result

      Paid media (PPC)

      • Plan, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across every group business via Google Ads, controlling a total annual budget and per month for brand spend
      • Monitor spend closely across many concurrent campaigns to prevent budget leakage, given how easily spend can be lost when split across so many businesses
      • Report regularly on PPC and SEO performance using Google Analytics and Excel, using this data to inform and adjust strategy

        Website and content management

        • Manage content across all company websites, ensuring it is accurate, current and on-brand
        • Troubleshoot issues with websites as and when they arise, across the group’s various WordPress backends
        • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of all company websites
        • Develop email marketing campaigns for group brands
        • Build and maintain the social media presence of the company, creating and publishing engaging content across all social media platforms
        • Implement and maintain high-quality, accurate product listings across e-commerce platforms, including eBay and Amazon, where required

          Security, budget and continuity

          • Have responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing spend across the group
          • Continually review and monitor the security of company websites and other digital assets, implementing and managing anti-hacking and other security software as required
          • Be responsible for implementing the backup and disaster recovery strategy for all company websites
          • Source, engage and manage specialist freelancers for coding projects that fall outside the company’s in-house expertise
          • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of key logins, accounts and processes (e.g. Google Ads, WordPress) to support business continuity

            Your skills and experience:

            • Significant, proven experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally managing multiple brands, sites or clients concurrently
            • Strong technical and content SEO knowledge, both on-site and off-site
            • Confident writing SEO-optimised articles and landing pages
            • A solid understanding of website architecture, and how to build and launch new businesses online
            • Proven experience managing sizeable PPC budgets via Google Ads across multiple, concurrent campaigns
            • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Excel for performance reporting
            • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple brands with different needs and shifting priorities
            • Forward-thinking about AI and emerging digital tools, with a genuine interest in how the search landscape is evolving
            • A creative thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work independently as well as part of the group’s wider support team
