We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Independent Field Sales Representative to join our award winning innovations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the field. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage time effectively while meeting sales targets. The Field Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the field sales environment.
- IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and close deals.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Craft, toy, greeting, gifting, stationary and children\’s goods retail sales.
