We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and hard-working Team Members to join our Popeyes family! As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest service, preparing delicious food, and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for both guests and coworkers.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
- Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
- Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
- Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
- Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
- Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
- Lift and carry items (up to 30-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering great guest service
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
