Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading the team during shifts to deliver great food and service
- Running daily pre‑shift briefings and setting clear priorities
- Motivating, coaching, and training team members
- Managing food safety, health & safety, and audit standards
- Being accountable for the smooth running of your shift
