- Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
- Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals
- Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation

What you’ll bring to the table
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
- Experience leading results through your teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations, where needed
- Are excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career
- Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
- Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
- Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future leaders
- Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times
