Your role as a New Store Opening Trainer at Popeyes will be crucial as we continue to grow across the UK. We are looking for passionate individuals who live and breathe hospitality, who want to be part of creating joy for our customers. You will be working within the Training Team to deliver training to our new Joy Creators, supporting restaurants before, during and after launch. This is an in-store-based role and will require frequent weekly travel. You must be willing to travel across the UK to fulfil this role.

- Understands business operations, liaising with the Ops team to deliver new store training programmes on time and efficiently.
- Always leads by example, does not cut corners or make compromises, and understands the importance of creating a great customer experience for our guests.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in management within QSR or hospitality is essential.
- Previous hospitality training experience is desirable, ideally from a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of passion for the hospitality industry, with a keen interest in training as a career path.
- Great at building relationships, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to travel across the UK for our restaurant openings is essential, including being away from home 3 to 5 days per week.
