Popeyes is growing fast, and we are on the hunt for a Trading & Partnerships Manager to help drive commercial performance across our app and external channels. As our Trading & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Popeyes UK trading strategy. You’ll work closely with the Head of Trading to bring our promotional calendar to life, manage strategic partnerships, and help deliver campaigns and activations that drive sales, guest engagement and brand reach. The role sits within Marketing, reports to the Head of Trading, and is based in Ealing Broadway with a minimum of three days a week in the office.

What you’ll do here:
- Support the delivery of the trading calendar across app and external channels
- Coordinate offers, promotions and activations with internal teams and external partners
- Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic partners and help grow partnership performance
- Identify new commercial partnership opportunities that support long-term business growth
- Support gift card partnerships and help maximise opportunities within that channel
- Use data and insight to review performance, shape recommendations and improve future activity
- Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Operations, Finance and Technology to ensure campaigns land effectively and on time
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a trading, promotions, partnerships or commercial role, ideally within QSR, hospitality, retail or e-commerce
- Experience managing partners or agencies and delivering commercial campaigns
- Strong understanding of promotional mechanics, trading levers and customer engagement strategies
- Comfortable using data to assess performance and support recommendations
- Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and confidence working cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using digital or app-based promotional platforms a plus
