We’re on the lookout for experienced Restaurant General Managers who can take full ownership of their restaurant. You’ll be a proven operator within a fast-paced restaurant, able to motivate your teams to deliver high standards and great metrics across people, sales, profit, and guest experience.

What you’ll do here:
- Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
- Full accountability for your restaurant’s performance, including P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
- Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential
- Deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
- Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site
- Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target
- Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets, and peak trade
- Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action
- Bring the Fun and keep the energy high, the service smooth, and the culture poppin’
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience as a Bench General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
- Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
- Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
- Strong people leadership; you’ve built teams and developed future talent
- Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
