Popeyes UK is growing fast, with big ambitions across the UK and Ireland. As we scale, we’re investing in how we develop our people – creating engaging, accessible and high-impact learning experiences that support performance in our restaurants and at Chicken HQ. We’re looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to join our People team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build and manage digital learning experiences while owning the day-to-day administration and optimisation of Popeyes University (our LMS). You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams have simple, practical and engaging learning that supports operational excellence and career growth.
Working closely with L&D, Operations and People partners, you’ll translate business needs into high-quality digital learning solutions, ensuring learning is easy to access, simple to use and aligned to our brand, standards and culture.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build and maintain engaging digital learning content including e-learning modules, blended learning assets, videos, guides and digital resources
- Own day-to-day administration of Popeyes University (LMS), managing content, users, reporting and system accuracy
- Create and maintain structured digital learning pathways for onboarding, role training and compliance
- Ensure mandatory training is clearly tracked, reported and audit-ready
- Partner with L&D and Operations to transform face-to-face training into scalable digital solutions
- Use engagement data, completion metrics and feedback to continuously improve learning effectiveness
- Provide LMS support and guidance to managers and team members across the business
What You’ll Bring
- Experience creating digital learning or e-learning content
- Experience administering or supporting an LMS (Mapal experience desirable)
- Experience working in a multi-site, operational environment (QSR, retail or hospitality desirable)
- Strong understanding of learning design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work at pace
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally
- Creative, learner-focused and comfortable using data to inform decisions
