We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing Brand team at Popeyes UK At Popeyes UK, we’re in the middle of something big. With rapid growth, bold ambitions and a brand people genuinely love, this role plays a key part in bringing Popeyes to life through standout campaigns, iconic product launches and always-on marketing that connects with our customers every day. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure across brand, campaigns, social, influencers, CRM and new product launches. You’ll work closely with the Brand team and agency partners to deliver culturally relevant, commercially effective marketing. What You’ll Do Support insight tracking, brand performance and competitor research Help brief, refine and deliver campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels Support new product and menu launches, ensuring accuracy across all customer touchpoints Support marketing communications including social, influencers and email Support press office activity, organic social planning and influencer campaigns Support BAU paid social, digital activity and CRM planning Champion customer-facing product information across all platforms Lead on defined campaigns from briefing through to delivery and performance tracking Support key initiatives including Drive Thru, Gift Cards, food launches and cultural campaigns Coordinate with tech teams to ensure timely and accurate launches Support budget tracking, internal presentations and reporting What You’ll Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role Passion for the hospitality or food industry Degree or professional qualification in marketing, or equivalent experience Experience with CRM and CMS platforms Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working at pace and managing deadlines Good understanding of social and digital marketing Confident using Excel, PowerPoint and similar tools Willingness to travel across the UK Our Benefits Working on new Popeyes UK restaurant openings across the country Being part of a people-focused, fast-growing business Competitive salary and bonus scheme Free chicken Flexible working Career progression opportunities At Popeyes, everyone counts.
