We are on the hunt for a Maintenance Manager to help keep our restaurants safe, sharp, and running smoothly, so our teams can focus on delivering the bold Popeyes experience our guests know and love. As our Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting maintenance operations across our growing restaurant estate. You’ll work closely with the Head of Maintenance, Operations teams and external contractors to manage planned and reactive maintenance, support refurbishments, and drive continuous improvement across the estate.

If you’re an experienced maintenance or facilities professional with a hands-on approach, strong contractor management skills, and a passion for keeping sites running smoothly in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do here:

  • Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across the restaurant estate, using Access Maintain/Pronott
  • Ensure restaurants are maintained to company, safety, compliance and brand standards
  • Support rapid responses to maintenance issues, helping to minimise operational disruption and equipment downtime
  • Carry out regular site visits and audits to identify maintenance risks and improvement opportunities
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, including attendance, quotations, work completion and SLA performance
  • Support statutory maintenance and health
