We’re hiring a senior marketing manager to lead on new restaurant openings and regional/local marketing. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the vision of becoming the most-loved QSR brand in the UK & Ireland as we expand at pace, opening up to 50 restaurants a year. You’ll lead end-to-end marketing strategies for new openings, develop insight-driven regional plans that balance nationwide impact with local relevance, and develop and maintain local marketing toolkits and systems, bringing campaigns and launches to life across OOH, PR, digital, social, events and partnerships. You’ll manage a Marketing Executive and agencies, while working closely with cross-functional teams within marketing, across the business and beyond. National travel is essential for this role. You’ll be out in restaurants around the country every week and attend new openings.
What you’ll do here
- Planning, execution & analysis: Lead, develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans which drive hype and footfall for new restaurant openings – across OOH, PR, digital, social media, print, events, community engagement and press days. Considering market needs, data and opportunity, evaluate when to activate regional campaigns and hyper-local activity to drive sales – develop and execute plans accordingly. Identify and activate against local moments which enable the brand to drive awareness and brand love. Lead the launch of our new Local Marketing Toolkit to support restaurants with local marketing opportunities, then maintain and develop the toolkits and systems as required.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with and update internal and external teams and stakeholders, including our Leadership Team. Bring a local lens to national activity, suggesting how we can amplify for maximum impact. Be the voice of restaurant operations within the Marketing team, sharing helpful information and insights wherever relevant. Lead, manage and develop the Marketing Executive.
