Popeyes UK is growing fast, with big ambitions across the UK and Ireland. As we scale, we’re investing in how we build long-term relationships with our customers - using data, insight and personalisation to drive loyalty, frequency and lifetime value. We’re looking for an experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to join our Digital & Tech team. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll design, launch and own Popeyes UK’s loyalty programme and CRM strategy from the ground up, playing a key role in our next phase of growth.
Working closely with Marketing, Digital, IT, Analytics, Operations and external partners, the role will blend customer data and insights with the overall brand strategy and narrative to create compelling, personalised customer journeys across owned channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, launch and manage Popeyes UK’s loyalty programme, owning the end-to-end customer proposition
- Develop and deliver CRM strategy across email, app and push, balancing brand and performance objectives
- Own day-to-day management of Bloomreach (CDP/CRM), including segmentation, automations and campaign execution
- Use customer data and insight to drive personalisation, targeting and test-and-learn optimisation
- Work closely with Marketing, Digital, IT, Analytics, Operations and external partners to deliver joined-up customer journeys
- Define and track CRM and loyalty KPIs, reporting on performance and commercial impact
- Continuously optimise CRM activity to increase visit frequency, spend, engagement and customer lifetime value
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience designing and managing loyalty programmes end-to-end
- Strong background in CRM and customer lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience using a CDP/CRM platform (Bloomreach experience highly desirable)
- Commercial mindset with experience driving measurable customer growth
- Experience in QSR, retail or ecommerce within a consumer-facing brand
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into action
- Confidence working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
