You'll be a regional leader of culture and standards—coaching your General Managers, driving sales and profit, and bringing our "Bring the Fun" value to life. What you'll do
- Lead daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, driving efficiency and profitability
- Own your area KPIs — sales, profit and guest satisfaction
- Build and retain high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching and succession planning
- Ensure food quality upholds our ambition to be the most loved QSR brand
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and food safety requirements
- Monitor financial performance, budgets and cost control across your region
- Collaborate with Chicken HQ to drive continuous improvement
What you'll bring
- Strong multi-site experience in hospitality, QSR, casual dining or restaurant operations
- A track record of delivering commercial results across multiple locations
- Experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager
- Excellent people leadership — you recruit, develop and inspire teams
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse P&Ls and budgets
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for exceptional customer experience
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance
