Join Our New Store Opening Team as a Shift Supervisor! This is your chance to be part of something exciting from day one. As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious Shift Supervisors to help launch our brand-new restaurants.
You'll play a key role in building a high-performing team, creating an incredible culture, and delivering the legendary Popeyes guest experience from opening day. You'll run our shifts and lead from the front, be confident running great shifts, directing and coaching your team and working in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. You'll support the management team and own your shift to deliver results across people, product, and guest experience.

What you'll do here:
- Lead your shift and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food quality, speed of service, and unforgettable guest experiences
- Support the management team in building a high-performing restaurant from opening day
- Lead engaging pre-shift briefings that energise and focus your team
- Be a hands-on leader who sets the standard and motivates others through example
- Coach, develop, and support your team, helping identify and grow future leaders
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining high standards across food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Take ownership of shift performance, including labour deployment, service flow, and guest satisfaction
- Help create a fun, inclusive, and energetic culture where both guests and team members love being part of the restaurant
- Play an active role in embedding Popeyes' culture and values as part of a brand-new opening team
What you'll bring to the table:
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced hospitality, QSR, or retail environment
- A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to motivate and support your team
- Passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams
- Strong operational knowledge with a focus on standards, food safety, and guest experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Ambition to develop your career, with the drive to take advantage of our Fast Track Development Programme and progress into management
