This is a high-impact role leading some of our most prominent flagship restaurants in Central London, so we’re looking for someone who knows what it takes to operate in high-profile, high-volume, fast-paced locations. You’ll bring strong multi-site experience, a sharp commercial mindset, and a proven ability to lead flagship QSR restaurants where standards, energy and execution have to be exceptional every single day. You’ll be the driver of culture across your area, leading your General Managers and bringing to life our ‘bring the fun’ value. You’ll provide clear direction, motivational leadership and hands-on support, while owning your KPIs, with a particular focus on sales and profit performance. At the same time, you’ll ensure the very highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness are delivered consistently across every restaurant.

What you’ll do here:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations across Central London, ensuring strong performance, efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead flagship restaurants with a focus on exceptional standards, people leadership and commercial delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Build, develop and retain high-performing teams through strong recruitment, training, coaching, development, succession planning and leadership.
  • Put the customer first in everything you and your teams do, driving service excellence and guest feedback.
  • Ensure food quality standards support our ambition to be the most loved QSR brand.
  • Work closely with Chicken HQ teams to access the support and expertise needed to move your restaurants forward.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures and standards across all locations.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, budgets and cost controls to drive profitable growth.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver best-in-class results.

What you’ll have done:

  • Strong experience and a proven track record in a multi-site hospitality business, ideally within QSR or casual dining.
  • Experience operating flagship, high-volume restaurants in Central London or similarly high-profile trading environments.
  • A strong understanding of what excellent looks like in flagship QSR operations, with the ability to balance pace, standards, service and commercial results.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Lead by example, live and breathe an epic guest experience, and consistently drive KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop teams.
  • Extensive experience recruiting, developing and talent planning within your restaurant teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse financial performance and make sound commercial decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
  • £5,000 car allowance.
  • Company car scheme.
  • Benefits platform, including gym discounts and cycle to work.
  • Career progression opportunities.
  • Private healthcare.
  • Life assurance.
  • 33 days annual leave.
  • Birthday day off.
  • Free chicken!
