Responsibilities
  • Leading the team during shifts to deliver great food and service
  • Running daily pre-shift briefings and setting clear priorities
  • Motivating, coaching, and training team members
  • Managing food safety, health & safety, and audit standards
  • Being accountable for the smooth running of your shift
  • Creating a fun, high-energy environment for both team and guests
