Treasury Analyst

Must have worked for a bank or specialist lender.

1. Executing Treasury transaction confirmations in line with the mandated authority.
2. Ensuring all treasury payments are made accurately and on time.
3. Assisting in the daily cash management process.
4. Management and oversight of all trade confirmations, including dealer mandate checks.
5. Producing daily collateral margin call reports.
6. Assisting in the management and maintenance of the bank’s Treasury Management System and preparation of journals to be posted.
7. Assisting in the production of internal reporting.
8. In conjunction with the Treasury/ALM Team, manage Bank Accounts.
9. Learn and support Treasury operational daily tasks such as bank account reconciliations, cash allocations, Accounts Payable and Treasury Payments, electronic banking, cash positioning, cash pooling, cash flow forecasting, bank account signatories, reporting, and other ad hoc tasks.

Mandatory Experience

• Financial Data Management: Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance within corporate financial systems.
• Tax Payments and Investment Settlements: Manage tax obligations, handle investment settlements, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Cash Management Analysis: Conduct analyses to provide strategic recommendations for asset management.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive management reports to support decision-making processes.
• Client and Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain quality relationships with clients and stakeholders, offering solutions within the organization’s risk appetite.
