Most learning roles ask you to stay in your lane. This isn't one of them. At Popcorn Learning Agency, we're looking for a Learning Content Designer who can do something rare. Someone who can write compelling learning experiences, design beautiful visuals, build engaging digital learning, and turn complex topics into content that people genuinely enjoy learning from. If you're a brilliant instructional designer but don't enjoy building, this probably isn't for you. If you're a talented developer but struggle with writing and learning design, this probably isn't for you either. We're looking for someone who loves the entire creative process. Someone who gets excited about transforming a blank page into learning that is beautiful, engaging, simple and effective.

What Success Looks Like
You know how to take complex information and make it feel simple. You understand that good learning isn't about cramming information onto a screen. You care about the learner experience as much as the content itself. You believe great learning should be visually impressive without being distracting.
Working With Us
This is primarily a remote role. We meet as a team approximately once every two weeks in Southampton, and occasional travel will be required as part of the role. You'll report directly to our Operations Director and become part of a growing, ambitious business that invests heavily in its people through regular development.
How To Apply
To apply, please submit:
- Your CV
- A portfolio showcasing your best work
- A covering letter
These can be sent by email to hello@popcornlearning.agency. Applications that do not include all three will not be considered. Your covering letter matters. We’re looking for someone who can create engaging content and communicate ideas clearly. Use your covering letter to demonstrate your writing ability, your thinking and your personality. Make sure you also include the word Popcorn in your opening paragraph. We’re interested in your voice, not your ability to generate a response from an AI tool. If you’re excited by the idea of owning projects, creating exceptional learning experiences and joining a team that genuinely cares about quality, we’d love to hear from you.
