Role
This is a full-time, office-based role in Kentford, Newmarket (CB8 7PN), working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Salary is dependent on experience.Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify all inbound telecoms invoices, ensuring accuracy and flagging any discrepancies.
- Generate and check the outbound customer bills, ensuring all services are billed correctly and on time.
- Conduct regular audits of our customer accounts and sites to identify and report underperforming locations.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve billing queries quickly and effectively.
- Support the finance and operations teams with billing data and reporting as required.
- Recommend improvements to internal processes to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
What We\'re Looking For
- Previous experience in telecoms billing or a similar financial role.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with billing software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
