We\'re currently looking for a Telecoms Billing Assistant to join our Home Broadband team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys figures and gaining the most potential from our customer base.

Role

This is a full-time, office-based role in Kentford, Newmarket (CB8 7PN), working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Salary is dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify all inbound telecoms invoices, ensuring accuracy and flagging any discrepancies.
  • Generate and check the outbound customer bills, ensuring all services are billed correctly and on time.
  • Conduct regular audits of our customer accounts and sites to identify and report underperforming locations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve billing queries quickly and effectively.
  • Support the finance and operations teams with billing data and reporting as required.
  • Recommend improvements to internal processes to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.

What We\'re Looking For

  • Previous experience in telecoms billing or a similar financial role.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with billing software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
