- Manage replenishment planning to ensure stores maintain appropriate stock coverage
- Retail Operations & Distribution
- Oversee merchandise transfers and daily stock movements between warehouses and retail locations
- Coordinate last-mile delivery activities to ensure timely product availability in stores
- Support local product launches and ensure inventory readiness in line with launch plans
- Participate in quarterly and annual stock counts, supporting effective inventory control processes
- Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate inventory, ordering, and planning data within internal systems
- Manage merchandise orders and stock transfers through internal inventory management platforms
- Produce regular reports, analysis, and performance summaries to support commercial decision-making
- Analyse sales, stock, and operational data to identify opportunities for optimisation and process improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with retail operations, logistics, visual merchandising, finance, and regional head office teams to ensure alignment and stock accuracy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product launches, promotions, and business initiatives
- Resolve operational issues and stock-related challenges efficiently, particularly those impacting store performance and customer experience
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across merchandising, supply chain, and retail operations
Required Qualifications
