The Role and Candidate

We are seeking a DTC -Ecommerce Coordinator (EU) to support the day-to-day trading and optimisation of POP MART's European direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. Reporting to the Ecommerce & Digital Manager, this role sits at the heart of our EU eCommerce operation and will work closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, Product, and Technology. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys working across trading, content, analytics, and customer experience. You will help ensure our websites deliver best-in-class customer journeys, support successful product launches, and contribute to the continued growth of POP MART's online presence across Europe. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences within a fast-paced, product-led environment.

Responsibilities

  • Site Trading & Merchandising
    • Execute weekly product launches across EU eCommerce sites, including product page setup, homepage updates, campaign assets, and content publishing
    • Conduct regular site audits and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve customer-facing issues
    • Coordinate creative asset delivery with internal and global teams to ensure timely campaign execution
    • Support localisation initiatives across key European markets including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and future expansion markets
    • Maintain accurate and consistent product information, content, and merchandising across all regional websites
  • Site Optimisation & Customer Experience
    • Identify customer journey friction points and contribute to ongoing website optimisation initiatives
    • Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) activities
    • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on new feature releases, platform enhancements, and user experience improvements
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Merchandising teams to identify inventory risks and support launch planning
    • Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to ensure fulfilment readiness during launches, promotions, and peak trading periods
    • Provide Marketing teams with accurate product and campaign information for all customer-facing channels
    • Partner with Customer Service teams to resolve operational issues and escalate recurring customer concerns appropriately
  • CRM & Customer Engagement
    • Support the execution of email marketing and push notification campaigns aligned to the trading calendar
    • Assist with audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, content QA, and GDPR-compliant consent management
    • Monitor campaign performance and contribute insights for optimisation and future planning
  • Data & Reporting
    • Monitor key eCommerce performance metrics using GA4 and internal reporting tools
    • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, and customer behaviour
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations
    • Support ad hoc reporting and business analysis projects as required
  • SEO, Content & Localisation
    • Coordinate localisation of product descriptions, website content, metadata, and user interface text across European markets
    • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
    • Support SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) initiatives to improve organic visibility and discoverability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Digital Commerce, Retail Management, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital trading, online merchandising, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar web analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools
  • Exposure to A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), or customer experience initiatives
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau
  • Knowledge of content localisation and multi-market eCommerce operations
  • Experience within retail, consumer products, collectibles, lifestyle, fashion, or entertainment industries
  • Passion for designer toys, collectibles, creator culture, gaming, or pop culture brands
  • Additional European language skills would be advantageous
