The Role and Candidate
We are seeking a dedicated Roboshop Coordinator to join our Roboshop team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Roboshop vending machines located in London and nearby cities. The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining optimal stock levels, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the overall functionality of the machines.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders — including landlords, logistics partners, and internal teams — to ensure the smooth execution of new Roboshop launches and operational efficiency.
- Manage day‑to‑day operational matters to ensure consistent sales performance and resolve any issues promptly, playing a key role in driving business growth.
- Oversee monthly operational invoicing, prepare relevant documentation, and initiate payments in coordination with the finance team.
- Provide technical and operational support for Roboshop vending machines to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely communication, stock accuracy, and seamless replenishment cycles.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and new initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and profitability of the Roboshop network.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills (desirable but not essential).
- Previous experience in a technical or maintenance role.
- Basic technical skills for troubleshooting and maintaining vending machines.
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with international teams.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience in stock management and inventory control
