Main Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support regional business objectives and growth plans.
- Provide financial advice and support to regional management teams for decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal control policies.
- Manage the regional finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Report to the Head of Finance on a regular basis, and support tasks assigned by HQ office.
- Establish a good relationship with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- English as the main working language.
