The Flagship Store Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance and operational excellence of the company’s flagship retail location, operating across a large, multi-level retail space. This role oversees all store functions, including sales performance, customer experience, team management, visual merchandising, stock control and compliance.

The position requires a strong and experienced retail leader capable of managing a large team within a high-traffic, high-volume environment. The Flagship Store Director ensures alignment with company strategies and objectives, driving consistent execution of brand standards and operational procedures.

This position plays a critical role in representing the brand at its most visible retail location, setting the benchmark for operational excellence, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction across the store network.

  • Oversee all store operations, including workforce planning, inventory management, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching and professional development initiatives to build a skilled and committed workforce.
  • Ensure flawless execution of seasonal launches, brand activations and flagship-specific promotional events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments to align store priorities with broader business objectives.

At least 5+ years of proven track record in managing and developing large retail teams (60+ employees) within high-traffic, high-volume environments. Exceptional leadership, coaching and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving commercial objectives while maintaining operational excellence. Extensive experience in scheduling, performance management, reporting, recruitment and large-team coordination. Knowledge of Mandarin and/or European languages.
