You will be responsible for planning and forecasting activities for the Netherlands market while supporting merchandising operations across the wider Central European region. This includes managing inventory, replenishment, product ranging, stock allocation, and last-mile delivery performance to ensure stores are stocked effectively and operational targets are achieved. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy working with data, and have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with retail, logistics, visual merchandising, and regional stakeholders. You will also lead and support a small merchandising team, helping to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the region. Initially, the role will focus on the Germany and Netherlands markets, with responsibilities expanding into additional Central European countries as POP MART continues its growth across Europe.

    • Coordinate last-mile delivery activities to ensure timely product availability in stores
    • Support local product launches and ensure inventory readiness in line with launch plans
    • Participate in quarterly and annual stock counts, supporting effective inventory control processes
  • Systems & Data Management
