The Role and Candidate
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role sitting within the eCommerce team. Reporting to the Amazon Seller Central Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of Amazon accounts as POP MART scales from early ramp-up to a fully operational and growing marketplace channel. The role will primarily focus on catalogue management, creating and optimising ASINs across UK and EU marketplaces, while also providing exposure to compliance, content design, advertising, and operational workflows associated with running Amazon at scale.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in ecommerce and Amazon marketplace operations. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a growing international business. You should be proactive, thorough in your work, and motivated by the opportunity to help build and grow a high-potential channel from the ground up. The successful candidate will be directly involved in the process of building a channel from scratch, immediately visible in trading performance by being also exposed to a complex, multi-marketplace Amazon operation (UK + 5 EU markets) at an early and formative stage.
Responsibilities
- Amazon Operations (Primary Focus)
- Create and manage ASINs across Amazon UK and EU marketplaces, including variations, briefing A+ content, and imagery uploads
- Maintain catalogue health by fixing suppressed listings, resolving compliance flags, and updating titles, bullet points, and keywords
- Support FBA inbound shipments, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment with warehouse teams
- Track and report Buy Box performance, pricing, and key account metrics on a regular basis
- Support the day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Central accounts, including listing issues, inventory updates, compliance cases, operational trackers, and bulk catalogue updates using Excel and flat files
- Compliance & Content
- Work closely with the wider eCommerce team to ensure product information is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with DTC channels
- Support the rollout of localised content as EU marketplace expansion continues across Germany, France, Italy, and additional territories
- Growth & Optimisation
- Support marketplace expansion initiatives, including launching new product categories and entering additional EU marketplaces
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to improve discoverability and positioning
- Support the Amazon Manager with Joint Business Plan preparation, reporting, and marketplace analysis
Required Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, gained through a full-time role, internship, freelance work, or personal project
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to quality-check high volumes of listings accurately and consistently
- Organised and methodical approach, comfortable managing repetitive operational tasks without compromising accuracy
- Genuine curiosity about Amazon as a platform and motivation to develop expertise in marketplace operations
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems independently
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets, including handling large datasets, catalogue files, operational trackers, and reporting
Desirable but Not Essential
- Familiarity with UK and European retail landscapes
- Understanding of designer toy and collectible trends, particularly in the art toy market
- Familiarity with Amazon catalogue tools, including flat file uploads and Manage Your Inventory
- Exposure to troubleshooting Amazon account or listing-related issues within Seller Central
