Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand recruitment needs across the European region.
- Proactively source and engage potential candidates through job platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Assist in interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination of the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure accurate candidate documentation and data entry into internal HR systems.
- Participate in recruitment-related events and assist in employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects involving diversity, well-being, and employee engagement.
- Help create a smooth and inclusive candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Previous internship or hands-on experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with English as a working language.
- Understanding of Chinese and Asian culture is highly appreciated; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willing to take ownership of tasks and collaborate with international teams.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn) is a bonus.
