The HR & Talent Coordinator will provide operational support across HR and Talent Acquisition, ensuring efficient recruitment processes, accurate employee records, and a positive employee experience. The role will support the HR team in delivering key people processes across the business.

Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Support day-to-day HR administration and employee queries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support probation reviews, absence tracking, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
  • Assist with HR policies and procedures.

Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate recruitment activities across the business.
  • Post job adverts and manage candidate applications.
  • Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
  • Support new starter onboarding and pre-employment checks.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to the HR team.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

HR Support

  • Assist the HRBP and HR team with employee relations processes.
  • Support HR projects, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and employment legislation.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
  • Experience in the retail or hospitality sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable.
