The Role and Candidate
We are hiring the E-commerce leader to lead POP MART Europe's online commercial and operational performance across key European markets. Reporting to the Head of Europe and working closely with the HQ e-commerce and merchandising teams in China, this role will oversee all key digital commerce activities including product launches, order fulfilment flow, site merchandising, content updates, performance tracking, and campaign rollout. You will act as the primary regional e-commerce lead, managing multiple market needs while ensuring consistency with global brand standards and promotional timelines. The role requires both strategic ownership and day-to-day operational coordination, with a strong emphasis on data-led decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end operation of POP MART’s owned e-commerce sites and digital retail platforms in Europe
- Ensure smooth daily order flow, customer support coordination, and delivery fulfilment across markets
- Oversee product listing accuracy, pricing updates, inventory sync, and category-level merchandising
- Act as escalation point for operational issues related to returns, delivery disruptions, or stockouts
- Coordinate with HQ to align regional execution with global campaign timelines and product release schedules
- Lead implementation of online promotions, limited edition launches, and themed activations across EU sites
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely publishing of content, banners, and promotional assets
- Track and report on regional KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, return rates, and campaign performance
- Use data insights to drive optimisations in user journey, merchandising prioritisation, and promotional planning
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, and liaise with HQ teams to improve experience and service standards
- Collaborate with HQ on regional product allocations, pricing alignment, launch cadence, and channel priorities
- Work closely with regional marketing, retail, and logistics teams to create an integrated brand experience
- Ensure strong linkage between online and offline retail campaigns to support consistent brand storytelling
- Coordinate with third-party logistics and customer service partners to support market-specific service requirements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital merchandising, ideally in a multi-country retail or consumer brand
- Solid understanding of product launch processes, site merchandising, and campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar DTC e-commerce platforms
- Data-savvy and comfortable using Google Analytics, Excel, and performance dashboards to guide decisions
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally with international teams
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
Desirable but Not Essential
- Background in lifestyle retail, youth culture brands, or fast-moving product environments
- Experience managing localised content, currency, and fulfilment for multiple countries
- Familiarity with CRM and retention strategies such as email automation and loyalty programs
