The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience, preferably within the construction, retail rollout, or commercial property sectors.
The EU GTM Executive will serve as the bridge between internal departments and external partners, ensuring that each project progresses smoothly from concept to store opening. This includes coordinating with internal teams (Construction, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance) and external stakeholders such as landlords, project managers (PM), general contractors (GC), and local consultants.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing, vetting, and building partnerships with local PM and GC companies across multiple countries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including meetings, progresses reports, SOPs, and launches reviews.
- Track and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Provide on-site support during critical project milestones such as pre-opening, handover, inspections, and launch.
- Interpret and review construction drawings (CAD) to align project execution with design intent.
- Maintain long-term relationships with external collaborators and contribute to the development of a trusted partner network in each market.
- Ensure all required paperwork, permissions, and compliance steps are handled per local regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management (retail construction), store development, or real estate, preferably in UK or EU countries.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Must be eligible to travel freely across Europe (Schengen or equivalent access).
- Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on retail store launches or rollouts across multiple countries.
- Previous exposure to fast-growing international consumer brands or retail environments.
