The Role and Candidate

The Flagship Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance and operational excellence of the company’s flagship retail location, operating across a large, multi-level retail space. This role oversees all store functions, including sales performance, customer experience, team management, visual merchandising, stock control and compliance. The position requires a strong and experienced retail leader capable of managing a large team within a high-traffic, high-volume environment. The Flagship Store Manager ensures alignment with company strategies and objectives, driving consistent execution of brand standards and operational procedures. A key focus of this role is to recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive, customer-centric culture that reflects the company’s values.
