The Role and Candidate
As part of our growing European digital operations, we are seeking a Digital Designer – Europe to support the creation and optimization of visual assets across our e-commerce channels, including our website, Amazon marketplace, and social platforms such as TikTok. This role focuses on producing high-quality, conversion-driven digital content tailored to UK and European markets. You will collaborate closely with D2C, Marketplace, Social, and Marketing teams, while also receiving creative direction and assets from Global HQ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to grow within a fast-paced digital retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and adapt product images, banners, and digital assets for e-commerce channels
- Produce visuals in line with website, Amazon, and social media platform specifications
- Prepare optimized image sets for Amazon product listings in compliance with marketplace guidelines
- Perform image retouching, editing, and resizing
- Support campaign launches with promotional visuals and product page updates
- Assist in the creation of TikTok and social media visual assets
- Localize visuals with translated text for different European markets
- Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all digital touchpoints
- Organize and manage digital assets within the company’s content management system
- Ensure correct file naming conventions, sizes, and formats are consistently applied
- Support the E-commerce team during new product launches and ongoing updates
Key Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in graphic design or digital design
- Degree or training in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of digital image formats, resizing, and optimization
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Interest in e-commerce, online marketplaces, and social media
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and a practical, collaborative approach
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and multilingual environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment
Nice to Have
- Experience creating assets for Amazon listings or e-commerce websites
