POP MART is a leading global company in the trend culture and entertainment industry. We are searching for a Supervisor to work alongside our Assistant Store Manager in our new and upcoming pop up in Brick Lane! This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards.
This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Assistant Store Manager.
- Assist the Store Manager overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishment
- Control stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shoplifting
- Ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest level
- Assist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates’ performance, and training new team members
- Perform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reporting
- Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- 2+ years fulltime experience in store management level
- Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting
- Effective time management and task prioritisation abilities
- Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems
