We are seeking a dedicated Roboshop Retail Assistant to join our ROBOSHOP Retail team on a part-time basis and must have availability of 3-4 days a week (weekend work will be required). This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the ROBOSHOP vending machines located in London and nearby cities. The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining optimal stock levels, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the overall functionality of the machines.
- Manage day-to-day operational matters to ensure consistent sales performance and resolve any issues promptly, playing a key role in driving business growth.
- Oversee replenishment in the Roboshop portfolio and ensure that sales goals are being achieved.
- Provide technical and operational support for ROBOSHOP vending machines to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication, stock accuracy, and seamless replenishment cycles.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and new initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and profitability of the ROBOSHOP network.
Retail or customer service experience is required. Experience working with KPIs or performance is also preferred.
